How tools may be used

Fashion Verbatim may use AI tools to help organize research, outline articles or prepare drafts. Tools do not replace the publisher’s responsibility for accuracy, useful original judgment and appropriate image rights.

Review before publication

A real named person must check facts, measurements, sources, originality and tone before an article is made public. We should not add “reviewed by” or “fact-checked by” labels unless that review actually happened. Reviewer identity and process: [[HUMAN_REVIEW_PROCESS]].

Experience and images

AI output must not invent personal experience, product testing, credentials or a writer’s identity. Any synthetic image used as illustration should be identified where readers might otherwise understand it as documentary photography. Author photographs must depict the real author.

Current status

AI helped prepare this site’s draft copy and policy templates. The owner still needs to review them. Private sample posts are layout aids and must not be published as editorial articles.
